Friends of the actor have been quoted as saying that a “no bikini clause” will be part of her film career and even off-screen, her beachwear will be shorts and T-shirt. And, Kat, who wore a bikini in her debut film Boom (2003) is not the first one to shy away from the outfit later.Kareena Kapoor, who wore the two piece in Tashan (2008), also vowed not to wear the bikini again. Minissha Lamba, who had slipped into a bikini for her role in Kidnap (2008), refused to do it for Hum Tum Aur Shabana three years later. Veena Malik, who has never had a problem with skin show, too, has said that her next film Supermodel will be the last time viewers will see her in a bikini. Actors Sonakshi Sinha, Diana Penty and Zarine Khan have also gone on record to say that they will never wear a bikini on screen.Mahie Gill, who is wearing a bikini in the Zanjeer remake, said in a recent interview that she was hesitant about wearing a two-piece on screen. Sonam Kapoor, who till now had said that she will never wear a bikini, is finally shedding inhibitions for her next with Yash Raj.
